Introduction: Spondylolisthesis is defined as the forward displacement of a vertebra in relation to below it. It most common lower back.Aim: The aim this study analyze Functional outcome following Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion Spondylolisthesis. Methods: A total 20 patients with spondylolistheis was treated from November 2021 October 2022.Results: In Our 11 had lesion at L4-L5 and 9 L5-S1. We 13 female 7 male patients. Grade II (Myerding grading) listhesis common. Isthmic degenerative spondylolisthesis significant improvement pain, disability, physical function.Conclusion: This able show that transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion good clinical outcome.
